Choose What Feels Right.
Free 20-Minute Intro Call
Choose this if you have questions, want to meet me first, or aren’t sure whether coaching is the right fit. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation, not a mini coaching session and no decision is required.
The Reset Session - 60 Minutes | $75 CAD
Choose this if you already know there’s something you want to work through. We’ll use the full session to untangle what’s keeping you stuck, clarify what you want, and identify realistic next steps. You do not need to book an Intro Call first.
Payment is required before your session to hold your appointment.
The Reset Session May Be Right for You If…
What Happens in a Reset Session
We start with whatever feels stuck, messy, or difficult to sort through.
Together, we untangle what’s really going on, clarify what matters most, and explore your options honestly.
Before we finish, we turn that clarity into realistic next steps you can actually use.

Coaching, Not Therapy
Personal development coaching focuses on where you are now, what you want to change, and the practical steps that can help you move forward.
It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, or crisis support.
If something comes up that is outside the scope of coaching, I’ll be honest about that and encourage you to seek the appropriate professional support.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start.
Hi, I’m Terri Lynn.
I know what it’s like to reach a point where something needs to change, even when you can’t quite explain what that change should be or where to begin.
My own life has included deep loss, burnout, difficult decisions, unexpected starting-overs, and the slow work of learning to trust myself again. Those experiences shaped me, but they don’t define the limits of who I help.
Alongside that lived experience, I bring more than 20 years in Human Resources and Project Management work that taught me how to listen carefully, ask difficult questions, bring structure to complicated situations, and turn uncertainty into realistic next steps.
My coaching style is warm, honest, practical, and judgment-free. You can ramble, swear, laugh, change your mind, or admit the thing you haven’t wanted to say out loud. I’ll make space for all of it. I’ll also ask the questions that help you look at what’s really going on rather than simply telling you what you want to hear.
There are no rigid formulas and no pressure to become someone new. We start with who you are, what matters to you, and the change you’re ready to make.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
